2508765 - Change and create rights with display role in Identity and Access Management

A user noticed in the Identity and Access Management component area that a user with display role has the ability to change and modify various account.

This is expected behavior.

Currently the Identity and Access Management does not support a business role with read only. Therefore; it is expected to have Read/Write access. The enhancement to support read only is scheduled to be addressed in the 1805 release. However, this is on a best endeavour basis and not a guarantee of delivery in this release. The target Fix Pack/Server Pack may change without prior notification.
