1. Proxy as last approver then To do list 
2. Select Test User 
3. Click update or Approve

    Result: Error message occured

1. Search for direct report users " test user"
2. Go to Personal Information

    Result: Missing full name or Personal Information record

    One of the direct reportees for this user being terminated, does not have values for his first name and last name.
    Can you try to find out such user and correct his data

3. Go to test user Personal Information
4. Update Personal Information
5. Save
