2508872 - Yes and No Questions in Panels - Onboarding 1.0

User is able to select both Yes and No when answering a quesiton on a panel.

1. Check boxes cannot be used to enforce Yes/No exclusivity; this is handled through the use of Radio Buttons.
2. Please see the below image for an example of this setup:

NOTE: By using "yes/no" DropDown List Object, will cause to all the fields that have advanced conditions based on this "yes/no" DropDown List Object to the have the data deleted if the Option "no" is selected.
