2508947 - NLS_Lang parameter correct behavior in webi when using different values in server and client end

Symptom

  • NLS_Lang parameter set to 'GERMAN_SWITZERLAND.WE8ISO8859P1' at server level but the german special characters is coming in English in webi report.
  • Issue is seen only when TO_CHAR is used at universe end.
