When navigating to Spot Awards, the home page is blank.

Reasons why Spot Awards home page is blank:

1.) If there is no reward initiated yet, it is an expected behavior that the home page will be blank.

2.) Missing necessary permission.

Necessary permission must be granted depending on the role of an employee, one of the necessary permissions needed specifically for a manager, nominator and budget holder is the "Status" permission under Employee Data.

For the home page of Spot Awards to load correctly, Status permission must be granted.

Manage Permission Roles > Employee Data > Status

Note: If the "Status" permission is missing under Employee Data. Please export the Data Model of the customer's instance and add the status tag under Standard Elements"
