2509312 - "Person already hired" error message when changing the Event Reason of the Hiring action - EmployeeMasterData Replication

Symptom

  • You have already replicated an employee in SAP ERP HCM or EC Payroll System. During the subsequents MasterData replications, for the related employee, it fails with "Person already hired" (PG002) error message.

  • Or you get the error PG568 (PG568) "Action type of the record must not be changed"
