You would like to use Adobe form output for standard bid and you cannot find the "External Communication" processing type in SPRO.

SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross Application basic settings -> Set output Actions and output Format -> Define Actions for Document output
