Exception: A parameter has an invalid value: Parameter TSTMP-SECS has the invalid value 0.   Information on where terminated     Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_ABAP_TSTMP=================CP" -      in "SUBTRACTSECS".     The main program was "RSDBAJOB ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 35 of the (Include) program:

The termination is caused because exception "CX_PARAMETER_INVALID_RANGE" occurred in     procedure "LOCAL_DATETIME_TO_DB" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled locally nor declared in the RAISING clause of its signature.
