2509522 - '/OPT/VIM_ANALYTICS' shows message "Work item XYZ cannot be read"

• Cannot get the workflow log details from TCode “/n/OPT/VIM_ANALYTICS” and there is a message showing “Work item 000010875409 cannot be read”.
• The below input in transaction SWPC is not displaying the expected output. In this example, this report is not showing the workflow items of documents which are created up to March 2017 and showing the workflow items of documents which are created from April 2017 only.
