Symptom
Employee times are recorded and Active or Approved. In Business Configuration times of this time type are assigned to a defined Time Account. They are visible in the Time File of the employee at the Employees Times tab and also in Employee Times report. However, they are not available under the Time Account Balance tab, and no posting to this account happens. They are also missing in the Employee Time Accounts report.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Time Administration work center.
- Go to Employees view.
- Select the respective Employee ID and choose Edit.
- Select the Employee Times tab.
- You find recordings for the relevant Time Type.
- Select the Time Account Balances tab.
- Mark the row of the relevant Time Account.
- No appropriate balance is available.

- Open the respective Time Accounts (- Country) Activity.
- Choose Maintain Time Account Types.

Afterwards, perform a Day Closure run for the affected employee(s) by following the below steps:

- Choose Run Day Closure for One Employee.
- Maintain the Employee.
- Mark Start Time Valuation and choose Run.
