2509538 - Cannot schedule report distribution task

Symptom

When scheduling a report distribution task in the EPM Add-in, the folowing error is displayed:

Could not create a Task in the Windows Scheduler Exception: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminted. (Exception from  HRESULT: 0x80070520)

On some user's client machines, there is no error displayed when scheduling. But the same error can be found in EPM trace.glf file(refer to the Note 2129493 regarding the trace file).
