2509567 - Unable to drop Remote Source based with unique constraint violated - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

Symptom

  • Can't drop remote source and dependent objects.
  • 'DROP REMOTE SOURCE <remote_source_name>' CASCADE gives you the error:
    unique constraint violated: Table(P_OBJECTDEPENDENCY_), Index(_SYS_TREE_RS_#123456_#0_#P0)
  • If trying without the CASCADE option, getting error: cannot drop with out cascade.
  • If trying deleting via WebIDE Catalog app, getting error: can't drop without CASCADE specification.
