2509685 - "This BOM is not effective on (certain date)" Message no. 29503 appears in BOM Explosion Apps / Transactions

• This BOM is not effective on (certain date) "Message no. 29503 appears in app Apps / Transactions CS11 / CS12 / CS13 but not known why
• You created your own BOM status let's say "11" in transaction code OS23 with "Rel Ords" check box unflagged. While exploding BOM through transaction code CS11 / CS12 / CS13 with BOM Application = PP01, system output below error message though the BOM is active. The error does not happen in transaction code CS03.
• BOM is valid in display Bill of Material app , is not deleted  ( no deletion flag  or no deletion indicator at header ) but cannot be exploded  in the Apps / Transactions CS11 / CS12 / CS13 
• Not possible to Explode Bill of Material with BOM Header Status 03 ' Active with history reqmt'
