2509686 - KE27 uses standard price for periodic revaluation rather than actual price

Symptom

In T-code KE27, it found  that system access to the standard price and its cost component split rather than actual price, which is incorrect.
Checking in T-code CKM3->Cost Components for Price(or T-code MLCCSPD), the "Consumption Price for CO-PA valuation" is equal to standard price rather than periodic unit price(PUP).
