• You are getting alerts about services being restarted like:
  Alert Name : Restarted services
  Rating     : Warning 3
  Details    : preprocessor on host <hostname> port 32002 was restarted at <timestamp not available>.
  User Action: Investigate why the service had to restart or be restarted, for example, by checking the service's trace files.

• When you check the service's trace file and system overview, you see that there was no restart of the mentioned service at that time. However, you see the following error being repeatedly triggered until the alert was raised:
  TrexNet Channel.cpp(00471) : active channel (since 137051889mues) 35 from <ip> to 32002 with method core/simplestat with id 9008043679902263450 on host <host> on port 32002 from process hdbpreprocessor with service port
  32002, pid 43772 and tid 104524 from parent host <host> and parent process hdbindexserver with parent service port 32003, parent pid 46088 and parent tid 8116: reading failed with rc=15 (connection broken).
