2509817 - RFIDYYWT Field Label "Exchange Rate Type" Missing in Japanese

Symptom

After the upgrade, the field label is missing in Japanese for the field "Exchange Rate Type" (P_EXCHG) on the selection screen of the withholding tax report program RFIDYYWT.

In Japanese the text label should be '換算レートタイプ', but the technical name P_EXCHG is displayed instead.
