After upgrade you find the field label is missing in Japanese for field Exchange Rate Type (P_EXCHG) on the selection screen of withholding tax report program RFIDYYWT.
In Japanese the text label should be '換算レートタイプ', but the technical name P_EXCHG is displayed instead.
