2509854 - sap.com/tc~kmc~rf~ummig~rmiapp is not deployed on cluster element Server

You are preparing to upgrade from NetWeaver (NW) 7.0x to NW 7.30 or above.

As prerequisites there is the following information in the Upgrade Guide:

"Release upgrade only: You have ensured that the application sap.com/tc~kmc~rf~ummig~rmiapp is running in your system. For more information, see SAP Note 1873529"

You apply the resoluton of the SAP Note 1873529, and the result is:

>start_app sap.com/tc~kmc~rf~ummig~rmiapp
java.rmi.RemoteException: Error occurred while starting application sap.com/tc~kmc~rf~ummig~rmiapp.
Reason: Application sap.com/tc~kmc~rf~ummig~rmiapp is not deployed on cluster element Server xxx and it is not possible tostartApp.

In the Default Trace file you can see the following error:

Application sap.com/tc~kmc~rf~ummig~rmiapp is not deployed on cluster element Server xxx and it is not possible to startApp.
