2510028 - GATP scheduling incorrect - calendars not considered

1. Symptom: Incorrect scheduling dates are returned by ATP check. The calendars maintained for shipping plant and ship-to party are not considered. Checking the explanation screen shows missing LOCTO and LOCFR:

2. Symptom: The goods receiving hours from the ship-to party master data in ECC system are not correctly considered (e.g. public holidays or weekends will be used for the scheduling).
