2510037 - Cannot create a new Document Info Record in SAP DMS tab in Project Management

Symptom

In SAP DMS tab for a project element (e.g. Project header, phase, task) you create a link to a new Document Info Record. After closing and reopening (or refreshing) the project the Document Info Record is gone, i.e. no new link was created.
