2510040 - Error opening WebGUI apps after SP upgrade of UIS4HOP1

Symptom

After upgrade of UIS4HOP1 200 to SP02 the following errors occur when opening WebGUI app tiles:

Initialization of SAP GUI for HTML failed: TypeError: sValue.replace is not a function
Initialization of SAP PERSONAS: TypeError: Cannot read property 'oGetControlById' of null

In the browser console log the following error is seen:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'aParams' of undefined at Object.sap.its.getJsParam (https://<hostname>/sap/public/icmandir/its/lsgui/js/utils.js?200:127:36) at Object.sap.its.loadPage (https://<hostname>/sap/public/icmandir/its/lsgui/js/bootstrap.js?200:17:17) at window.onload (https://<hostname>/sap(cz1TSUQlM2FBTk9OJTNhc2FwYXphcHBkMDFfUzR…cwTlFIN1BRWS04WFVDdW9kY1dtYm1ld2dTTkFGaS1BVFQ=)/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui:3:36)
