2510070 - Unable to see comments, ratings or sections when opening Performance Forms via Dashboards

Symptom

When using Dashboards and open the form you are unable to see employee's comments/ratings/sections from their Performance Forms.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the instance
  2. Go to Analytics/Reports tab
  3. Run the Dashboard report
  4. Click on the Document ID to the Performance Form

  1. The ratings and comments are not available in the form

Resolution

This is currently the system expected behavior, the data pulled into the dashboards is based on the permissions set on the Performance Form.

Note: Please note that this Document ID link only shows you a Snapshot version of the form (same mechanism as in En Route Folder), hence the data in the pop-up window will only get updated when the form is routed to the next step. It will not display momentarily changed every time the form is saving the changes in someone's inbox.
