Symptom

After installing the SAP Customer Checkout Manager you may run into one of the following issues

  • the Sales / Table mode in SAP Customer Checkout shows Server is offline infinitely
  • you try to launch the SAP Customer Checkout Manager (<server name>/CCOS) but the browser returns an error (HTTP Status 404 - /CCOS The requested resource is not available) or just a blank page
