2510099 - SSL Port XXXXX Not Active - message on NWA even though SSL works

Symptom

  • An SSL port has been set up in the AS Java, but the SSL wizard on NWA displays the following message:
    SSL port "XXXXX": not active (where XXXXX is the port number).
  • In this case, the ICM log shows that the SSL service was successfully started (example below), and the system is accessible via the SSL port.
