User receives Document Completed Notification email even if they are not directly involved in a job requisition or offer approval form.

Below are the possible recipients for "Document Completed Notification"

They might have selected "Manager Only" or "Manager and Employee" as recipient.

Note that "Manager" role here points to the Manager of the user who initiated / created the form.

Thus, the result will be: "Manager" of the Job Requisition Originator / Offer Originator will receive the Document Completed Notification

You may change the recipient of Document Completed Notification from Admin tools > E-mail notification template settings if you do not wish to notify the Manager of the Forms Originator.

Note: As this is a shared module functionality, you may want to specify per template who you want to set as recipient by going to "Customize Settings for Form Templates"
