2510231 - Activities are being re-assigned to random user - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Activities in Onboarding are being re-assigned to random user when moving from one activity to another instead of beind assigned to the right user.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

  • Assignee has no permission for the activity/step
  • Hiring Manager, Recruiter, HR Manager does not have permission for the activity/step

Resolution

The target user must have permissions to have the activity under his/her tasks. If they do not have permissions this activities will be assigned to first random user with permission.
