2510318 - Metadata call to an SRMNXP service is failing

Symptom

  • Click on the search help button for any of the account assignment fields (cost center, G/L account, order number, WBS element, etc...) and observe that nothing happens.
  • Observe that a metadata call (HTTP POST call to a service ending with $metadata) for a service is terminated with a 403 error.
