Job alert notification for internal candidates is redirecting candidates to the incorrect page.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
If an internal candidate isn't logged into system and clicks on the job alert notification link they are redirected to SuccessFactors Log In page.
Cause
When using SSO authentication and internal candidate isn't logged into system then the job alert notification link will redirect to the SuccessFactors login page.
Resolution
When using SSO authentication, the internal candidate must be logged in already for the Link to work as expected.
This is a known limitation. The links within the job alert emails are not converted to a SAML SSO friendly URL. For BCC, these links WILL NOT work unless the internal candidate is logged in already
