2510707 - HTTP Error code 403 forbidden on Central Adapter Engine ping and self-test in Component Monitoring

When you open the Component Monitoring (SOA -> Monitoring -> Component Monitoring) the self-test for the Central Adapter Engine fails and shows this error:

Error message: com.sap.aii.rwb.exceptions.RequestFailedException: HTTP request failed. Error code: "403". Error message: "Forbidden [http://<host>:<port>/AdapterFramework?FromRWB=true]
