Symptom

  • User is unable to define identical passive substitutes for different substitution profiles within the same time frame.
  • When the time frames of different substitution profiles overlap, the time frames will automatically split when creating subsequent substitution profiles. For example, if the time frame for substitution profile A is set from January 1, 2025, to January 1, 2099, and then substitution profile B is created with a time frame from January 1, 2026, to January 1, 2050, the time frame for substitution profile A will be split into two parts upon the creation of substitution profile B: January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, and January 2, 2050, to January 1, 2099.

  • User 1 defines User 2 as a passive substitute for the substitution profile Disciplinary. Now User 1 also defines User 2 as a passive substitute for the substitution profile Functional. The latter action overwrites the previously defined substitution (User 1 -> User 2 for Disciplinary)
