Symptom

  • QM certificates are not created when posting goods receipt in EWM.
  • System Status CTCM 'Certif.confirmation missing' does not appear in an inspection lot posted in an EWM managed storage location
  • The configuration for control key and certificate type  are maintained for a material  on the Quality Management view but the status CTCM is never updated in the inspection lot
