Symptom

  • IBM Federation server fails to connect to ASE when using the ocs.cfg file to set password encryption for CT-lib application logins
  • Error:
    • SQL1822N Unexpected error code "1,1,1,191" received from data source 
      "DATG00_DTCC". Associated text and tokens are "ct_connect(): unable to get 
      layer message string". SQLSTATE=560BD
