2510918 - Two Digit Year Defaulting to Incorrect Century For Date Type field in Employee Central

Manually typing a two digit year in Biographical Information > Date of Birth or other date fields in EC results in wrong year.

1. New Hire Wizard > Biographical Information > Date of Birth
2. Manually type in the two digit year. For example: 

01/01/78 defaults to Jan 01, 1978:

01/01/45 defaults to Jan 01, 2045:

• This is expected behavior.
• The correct way to enter the birth year is to either type all four digits of the year or by clicking on and making use of the small calendar applet:
