Symptom

  • failed to schedule Lumira Story
  • Schedule on Business Intelligence Platform fails with the following error: "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server"

Environment

  • Business Intelligence Platform 4.1
  • SAP Lumira 1.31

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Lumira story of .UNX universe using "Universe" option
  2. Publish the document to BI Platform Server
  3. Schedule the Lumira Story  

Cause

  • The "Universe" option is a legacy option and recommended to use only with .unv universes.

Resolution

Use the "Universe Query Panel" to create Lumira stories of .unx universes
