2511011 - List View - Form List Report showing less records than expected

Symptom

  • Form List Report showing less records than expected.
  • Form List Report not showing all users having forms.

Environment

SAP Successfactors

List View

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to List View -> Form List
  2. Select the process and update the List View
  3. Report will show less than expected or no records.

Cause

  • This might be caused due to Forms Status.
  • List Report doesn't includes the Forms which are not completed or are Live Forms( In Progress) until we explicitly include them through process & Forms section.

Resolution

Go to Admin Center -> Process and Forms -> Select the check box "Include In-Progress Documents".
