2511169 - Position to Job Information Synchronisation Rule - Object Associations

Can you map felds with associated objects via a position to job information sync rule?

Yes, the position to job information synchronisation fully supports this type of mapping.

For this to work correctly, there are two things to take into consideration:

 • The fields are mapped in the correct order based on the associations.

 • The field level criteria need to be correctly defined and matching on both the Position Object Definition fields and the corresponding HRIS fields in Job Information.
    When you define associations this needs to be done at an object level, the matching field criteria needs to be defined on the corresponding Job Information Fields:

    If you are using Position Management, these field criteria also need to be added to the field levels on the Position Object Definition:
