2511194 - Bridge KBA - What happen to cross year TP1 tax relief optional deduction and EA form tax exemption items

Symptom

Customer may have paid tax relief items cross year. According to the old and new MTD formula, the tax reliefs are being capped annually, therefore, the EA form must report based on the payment date and not backdated date.
