2511302 - The Integration Directory or Enterprise Services Repository failed to be launched

After the new PI installation, the Integration Directory or Enterprise Services Repository cannot be launched and failed with the following error:

Could not find 'http://dir/start/directory.jnlp'
Could not find 'http://dir/start/repository.jnlp'

Check the SLD registration from http://<host>:<port>/sld -> Technical System -> Process Integration, there is no entry for the "Integration Directory" or "Enterprise Services Repository".
