2511343 - Class details not displayed in evaluation survey

Symptom

Class details are not displayed in evaluation survey.

When a user completes the evaluation survey for an item, the Class details are missing. Such as Title, Description, Instructor, Location.

Environment

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Course is completed
  2. Open the Item Evaluation Survey
  3. No Title, Description, Instructor, Location details are present

Cause

The learning event was recorded for the Item and not the Class so the evaluation will be based on the Item details and not the Class.

Resolution

In order for all Class details to be displayed in the evaluation, the learning event must be recorded for the Class.
