2511564 - DBSQL_SQL_ERROR SQL30294 connectivity errors - SAP ASE for BS

• Receiving DBSQL_SQL_ERROR dump.
• Database error text: "SQL message: [ASE Error SQL30294:HY000][SAP][ASE ODBC Driver] There is no server listening at HOSTNAME:PORT#."
• The work processes keep dying, it is necessary to restart SAP to logon

• ASE bootup log shows that the server is listening on multiple listeners where IPV4 is static but IPV6 is dynamic (keeps changing) at each reboot:
