2511599 - MDG side panel shows error "Internal error occurred when processing parallel RFCs (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)"

Click on "side panel" button from nwbc, error "Internal error occurred when processing parallel RFCs (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)" occurs. And you can see following error in SM21:
