2511646 - "The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (Error: WIS 30951)" when viewing or scheduling a Web Intelligence report

Symptom

  • Not able to view and schedule any web Intelligence reports
  • Receive error: "The document can't be retrieved from the File Repository Server.Please contact your BusinessObjects administrator.(Error: WIS 30951)(Error: INF )" 
  • In the windows event viewer of the server the following error is displayed: "Could not open the file <PATH TO WEBI REPORT>. Please check for permissions or sharing violations.
