2511721 - Unable to Mass Approve Job Requisitions- Recruiting Management

• Under Recruiting, when the user tried to Mass Approve Job Requisition using the Approve button on Job Requisitions Summary Page, the following error in encountered. "The following Job Requisitions could not be approved. Please try to approve them individually.."
• I cannot see the checkboxes to select and approve multiple job requisitions. The approve button is grayed out.

Issue 1: Under Recruiting, when the user tried to Mass Approve Job Requisition using the Approve button on Job Requisitions Summary Page, the following error in encountered. "The following Job Requisitions could not be approved. Please try to approve them individually.."

1. Select one or more job requisitions in the pre-approved status
2. Click approve

3. The following message appears - "The following Job Requisitions could not be approved. Please try to approve them individually.." 

Issue 2: I cannot see the button to select and approve multiple job requisitions. The approve button is grayed out.

1. Try to select multiple requisitions to approve
2. The Approve button is grayed out and checkboxes are not visible

Issue 1: Under Recruiting, when the user tried to Mass Approve Job Requisition using the Approve button on Job Requisitions Summary Page, the following error in encountered. "The following Job Requisitions could not be approved. Please try to approve them individually.."

1. This may be because in the Collaboration step of the associated Route Map, there is no Exit User configured.

2. This may also be caused by mandatory fields which have not been filled out in the job requisition details.

Issue 2: I cannot see the button to select and approve multiple job requisitions. The approve button is grayed out.

This is due to the fact that the job requisition list has been filtered by Open Requisitions and hence do not require approval.

Under Recruiting, when the user tried to Mass Approve Job Requisition using the Approve button on Job Requisitions Summary Page, the following error in encountered. "The following Job Requisitions could not be approved. Please try to approve them individually.."

1. Configure at least one of the User as the Exit User in the step in the Route Map.

The User Role configured as Exit User will be able to Mass Approve the Job Requisition.

2. Ensure all mandatory fields have been filled in on the job requisition details page.

Issue 2: I cannot see the button to select and approve multiple job requisitions. The approve button is grayed out.
