Symptom
An employee is absent due to sickness (29.10.2015 - 27.04.2016) after 182 days he receives rehabilitation payment (28.04.2016 - 22.04.2017). After this period, an employee passes control check and obtains the ability to work. On 03.06.2017 new absence caused by another sickness. Base of sick pay should be payed as 100% of sick base and it shouldn’t be subject of valorization. According to the allowance act, only the base of the sickness allowance used to calculate the rehabilitation pay should be valorized.
