2512104 - Visit Attendee List Displays All Contacts Instead of Only Contacts Related to the Visit Account

The Visit attendee list displays all contacts instead of only those related to the Visit account.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to the Visit work center.
2. Navigate to the Visit view and search for Visit ABC (where ABC is the visit name for account LMN).
3. Open account LMN and navigate to the Contacts facet.
     Observe that only a few contacts are listed. 
4. Open Visit ABC and navigate to the Attendees facet.
5. Click on Add and open the value help for the Name field.

Result:
All contacts are displayed instead of only the contacts associated with account LMN.

The attendee list is not restricted to contacts associated with the Visit’s account by default. If the business requirement is to add only account-related contacts, they should be maintained under the Contacts facet instead of the Attendees facet.

This is an expected system behavior.
