Symptom

An SQL0901 error indicates that there is an error in the interaction of the R/3 System and the database or directly in the database. More details can be found in transaction St22.
It will generally be logged as DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR in the SAP system.

  • sql error -901 performing INS on table <tablename>
  • Database error -901 at PRE access to table <tablename>
  • SQL system error. MSGID= Job=74598/<SID>ADM/WP11
