2512312 - Unable to move CM Services landscape directory content from old to new landscape directory

Symptom

You have changed the SLD details in STMS per SAP Note 1807994, but you are getting the following error when executing "Update Configuration Service":

Unable to move CM Services landscape directory content from old landscape directory on <host> using user <user> to new landscape directory on <host> using user <user>

The defaultTrace in the NWDI system shows the following exceptions:

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.di.cts.config.service.core.exception.DIConfMoveLandscapeDirectoryException: "Unable to move CM Services landscape directory content from old landscape directory on "<host>" using user "<user>" to new landscape directory on "<host>" using user "<user>" [DICONF_MOVELANDSCAPEDIRECTORY]: HTTP response code: 404 (Not found)

or

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.di.cts.config.service.core.exception.DIConfMoveLandscapeDirectoryException: "Unable to move CM Services landscape directory content from old landscape directory on "<host>" using user "<user>" to new landscape directory on "<host>" using user "<user>" [DICONF_MOVELANDSCAPEDIRECTORY]: IO error: Unable to open connection to host "<host>". The host is down or unavailable.
