2512314 - Job Code field in User Data File behavior - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Symptom

When exporting the User Data File (UDF), the column Job Code is showing the name and the code instead of only code.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to 'Employee Export' page
  2. Click on 'Export User File' option
  3. As soon as it's ready, click on 'Download report' button
  4. Check 'Job Code' column

Cause

The system will exhibit the Name and the Code of the Job Code.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior from the system.
