2512324 - Agentry Client WPF sync is very slow in SAP Work Manager

Symptom

  • Users works on one Work Order (WO) with multiple notification (over 150-200)
    • Field users experiencing slow syncs, sometimes over an hour
    • This happens during the end of the day when the shifts ends
  • In test environment, it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute between transaction submissions during the sync.
  • In production, this time gap can be up to 2-3 minutes.
