2512326 - Purchase order output to Ariba returns error: "Duplicate message. A message with the same payloadId && was received earlier with a different timestamp"

You create a purchase order in SAP ERP system and send it to Ariba via Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite SAP ERP add-on thru cXML. When you try to repeat the the same output without any changes (i.e repeating the same type "new" cXML OrderRequest), you get error "Duplicate message. A message with the same payloadId && was received earlier with a different timestamp".
