2512356 - The current EPM Tab is changed to Home Tab after opening a Report with Excel 2013

Symptom

When opening a Report or Input Form from EPM Tab with Excel 2010, it will stay on the EPM Tab.

However,  when opening a Report or Input Form from EPM Tab with Excel 2013, the tab is changed to Home Tab automatically.
